Ms. Petronelli’s hotel and casino focus provides her with exceptional insights which she applies to the creation and implementation of customer experience shop programs to several of the world’s largest hotels and casinos. As the Director of Business Administration, Petronelli oversees the Las Vegas operations, its staff, and the execution of services to some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry.
